By downloading or using ChibiNeko Paint, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. App & Pricing
The App provides drawing and stamp-making features. iOS and macOS versions are sold separately as one-time purchases with no ads. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
3. Requirements
The App supports iOS 16.0+ and macOS 14.0+. Apple Pencil and similar input devices are supported but not guaranteed on all hardware.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Illegal or harmful use
- Reverse engineering, modification, or unauthorized copying
- Creating or distributing content that infringes third-party rights
5. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific feature behavior, or permanent data storage. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, deletion, or migration.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
7. Changes
We may change or discontinue the App without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
